    4. What is a blessing? (Why do people want blessings? Who usually gives blessings?)
    5. Why do you think it is a good idea to have a blessing of bicycles?
    6. How many people ride their bikes in NYC? Why is it a particularly great idea to ride a bike in NYC? (Hint: Think about how much traffic there is in NYC.)
    7. What are two safety tips for riding a bicycle in NYC (or anywhere really)?
    Activities:
    1. Check out the website “A Short History of the Bicycle” at the bottom of the bike video page. Draw an historical timeline showing how the bike developed over time.
    2. Google one of the many websites that tell about bicycle safety. Make a list of bicycle safety rules that you can give your friends and family to keep them safe on the road.
    3. Do some research on different types of bike and what they are used for. Design a page that shows the different bikes and include short descriptions of how each are used.
    4. Plan a bike trip for you and your friends or family. Figure out a route to travel that will offer interesting sites to see or visit.
