Language Arts: Celebrate Children’s Authors and Illustrators Week

Visit a Free Storytime at your library or at local bookstore.
Visit the library and register for your own library card.
Write to An Author. If there’s an author or illustrator you and your children particularly love, why not write to him or her and tell all about it?
Drop by a garage sale or Or a used bookstore. Discover well-thumbed, best-loved classics at four for a dollar.
Lend a hand to the library! Recover damaged books during Children's Author and Illustrator Week!
