Video Description
In this interview, Emma talks to Cricket about the many educational values of food. Cricket explains that cooking and preparing food can teach a child many things including math, geography, language and world culture. Cricket also discusses the nutritional values of healthy food for diets and shows Emma how to make Panzanella, an Italian bread salad.
